Boundary explainer
Manual loop evidence is not runtime, transport, or self-running evidence.
The current HACP public proof records a manual approved-loop evidence chain. That chain is useful for review, but it does not show autonomous operation.
What manual evidence means
Manual evidence can show that scope was approved, a bounded action was reviewed, findings were returned, and the next step was stopped for a human decision.
It can also show custody: where the evidence came from, which source references support it, and which human decision remains open or complete.
What it does not mean
- It is not runtime readiness evidence.
- It is not transport readiness evidence.
- It is not self-running readiness evidence.
- It is not production, compliance, certification, or standardization evidence.
- It is not product completion or loop completion evidence.
Current public basis
